With 5.5 years of experience spanning roles as a dedicated draftsperson, designer, and senior drafting coordinator, Adam Volaric brings a wealth of expertise to the table. His journey is marked by a strong academic foundation, boasting qualifications such as a Diploma of Building Design and Drafting and a Cert IV in Leadership and Management.
What sets Adam apart is his unrelenting drive, ambition, and motivation. He’s not one to rest on his laurels, always seeking new challenges and pushing himself out of his comfort zone. Beth Allen is an experienced professional with an impressive track record in project coordination and management. Her journey began with roles at Programmed and Redink, where she honed her skills in project coordination and preconstruction. Beth’s work extended to P&O Cruises UK, where she served as a Shore Excursion Manager, gaining a global perspective in project management. She further refined her expertise at Homebuyers Centre as a New Homes Coordinator.
Beth holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in HRM and is currently pursuing a Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety, along with a Diploma in Project Management. Her vast knowledge and unwavering drive make her a valuable asset.
Among her many accomplishments, Beth takes pride in successfully delivering multi-million-dollar renovation projects, including her notable work on Rottnest Island. Her goals include expanding INKA’s presence in the development sector, optimising project processes, and helping INKA become the preferred builder for development projects.
Beth was drawn to INKA by its positive and supportive team environment, where everyone shares a common commitment to success. She finds great satisfaction in seeing projects evolve from inception to completion and enjoys the lasting impact her work has on communities.
Outside of work, Beth is an avid traveler, always eager to explore new corners of the world. She cherishes time spent with her canine companion, Tilly, and leads an active lifestyle, including gym workouts, coastal walks, and enjoying chilled music gigs.
Blake is an ambitious go-getter, always seeking new challenges and striving to set the benchmark in all he does. Building upon his Carpentry trade, developing into a Construction Manager role, Blake approaches the role as exciting challenge – creating a construction team which respects one another, our Clients, the environment, limits waste and reduces carbon footprint.
Personable, honest and hardworking, Blake is the kind of person who always sets a positive example for anyone who looks to him for guidance. His organisation and attention to detail is impeccable, ensuring every opportunity is taken to keep a clean and safe environment to work in – and he’s not satisfied unless it’s an improved version.
Married to his high school sweetheart with three amazing children, Blake also finds the time to connect and share the balanced family life together which includes getting out and exploring, hiking, stand up paddle boarding. The best of Blake’s downtime involves kicking back with a beer and some live music.
Cameron Scott, a seasoned professional, contributes a wealth of experience to the INKA team. With a background spanning Programmed Skilled Workforce to his role as Assistant Accountant at Scott Park Group, Cameron is well-versed in the intricacies of finance.
Armed with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University, Cameron is on the final leg of his CPA Australia qualification, set to complete in September 2022. His hands-on experience in constructing his own home in 2019 gives him unique insights into the home-building process.

Cassandra Thornton has served in various capacities such as a receptionist, sales admin, coordinator, pre-start and client liaison. She augmented her professional journey with customer service courses, reflecting her commitment for exceptional client experiences.

From her early days spent exploring display home villages with her parents to her current role, Cassandra’s interest in building and design has remained steadfast. Off the clock, she cherishes time with her two children and indulges in reading, music, visiting wineries, and socialising with friends.
Chris Jazxhi has over a decade of experience in Building and Construction, specialising in Scheduling and Estimating. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management and leverages his local expertise to continuously improve processes and functionality.
Driven by a passion for success, Chris aims to travel the world, own his own company, and enjoy the finer things in life. He is dedicated to assisting in the creation of exceptional homes, believing that housing is our biggest investment and should involve a perfect process, build, and journey for all.
Beyond his professional life, Chris enjoys golfing, fishing, and various sports, which help him stay balanced. He is also skilled in cooking, with a particular focus on meat dishes.
Contracts Manager
Chris understands what it takes to successfully develop a customer focussed culture. He was part of the team that transformed a small backyard tech company into a nationally awarded powerhouse in the mid-late 2000s – now he’s determined to make INKA the next success story. As Process & Development Manager, Chris is challenged with building a high integrity team that earns a market-leading reputation for reliably high-quality product, created efficiently and profitably.
With his vast IT knowledge and strong understanding of process improvement, Chris works relentlessly and passionately to instil a positive culture that breeds uplifting, hardworking teams that colleagues and clients love working with. With Chris’ leadership, calm and clarity, fused with the integrity and honesty to make the hard decisions, INKA’s future is bright.
In his downtime, Chris keeps his mind and body sharp by living a healthy lifestyle playing basketball and spending time with to his wife of 30 years and two beautiful adult daughters.
Contracts Manager
Danica is a hard worker, always has a positive attitude and is an amazing team player. She enjoys meeting with and building meaning relationships with new colleagues/suppliers/ trades.
She was drawn to INKA as a company wanting to be the front leader in forward thinking and has an experienced team with the same positive goals and values. Her goal is to keep improving her knowledge within the industry and see a positive future growing her role.
Outside of work, Danica loves to spend quality time with friends and family. She also has passion for dancing and being active with a slight addiction to shopping.
Dan with over 25 years of industry experience, has embarked on his career as a carpenter and joiner before transitioning into office roles with one of Perth’s leading builders. His career trajectory includes positions such as scheduler/estimator and site supervisor. Dan is qualified as a Carpenter and Joiner, with a Diploma of Building and Construction.
Besides being a father and husband who enjoys AFL and Formula 1 racing, Dan is committed to achieving best practice outcomes, and exceeding minimal code requirements.
He is also open to suggesting alternative methods when necessary, and never shying away from challenges.
Danielle was born for building. As a child, she would swoon over designs in the newspaper ‘New Homes’ lift-out and lug her younger brother through neighbouring building sites with an imagination like no other. Fast-forward to today and she now finds herself part of a fast-paced and challenging industry, shaping neighbourhoods as she builds beautiful backdrops for families to make new memories.
At INKA, Danielle brings a decade of industry experience working across all departments of residential building, bringing a wholistic perspective to her role as GM. Resilient, determined, and thoughtful, Danielle understands the financial and emotional investment at stake and thrives in delivering a product and client experience she can be proud of. Hayley Smith is a seasoned professional in the building industry, boasting an impressive 18-year journey through various pivotal roles. Her expertise spans contracts, prestart, process management, and more, making her a well-rounded and invaluable asset to any team.
Throughout her career, Hayley has excelled in process refinement and implementation, playing a crucial role in guiding and developing employees. She possesses a wealth of experience in working with diverse construction methods and contract values, adding depth to her skill set.
Hayley’s achievements include the establishment of a reputable and efficient prestart team from the ground up at 101. She also led a successful software transition for addendums, selections, and client updates, implementing it across Red Ink, showcasing her commitment to innovation and efficiency.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys taking on exciting projects, currently renovating a 1970’s caravan. Meet James, a seasoned professional with a strong foundation as a qualified Carpenter. He has seamlessly transitioned his on-site skills and deep industry knowledge into Estimating and Scheduling roles in residential construction. Renowned for his meticulous attention to detail and precision, James consistently delivers superior results, ensuring every project runs smoothly. In his downtime, he enjoys a round of golf or a game of basketball whenever he gets the chance.
Jerrold Rodgers embarked on a remarkable 16-year journey in the construction industry, steadily progressing from a Trainee Scheduler to the esteemed role of Estimator. The majority of his career was dedicated to Impressions and Perceptions, spanning over 13 years. Following this, Jerrold served as an Estimator at JWH Regional for an additional 3 years. Simultaneously, he remains committed to expanding his knowledge base through ongoing studies.
Jerrold is distinguished by his exceptional attention to detail, adept problem-solving skills, and a robust work ethic. He finds immense satisfaction in the ever-evolving nature of the construction field, which motivates him to stay abreast of the latest industry developments. Marc’s goal is to provide quality, sustainable and efficient home designs and drawings for our homeowners, through technology, best practice and collaboration. He has always been committed to his role, always striving for continuous improvement, and always passionate about getting the details right, to ensure a smooth process.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, watching them grow, learn, and experience what life has to offer. He also enjoys following the latest in the world of sports and enjoys playing golf whenever he gets the chance.
It takes a true people person to be a two-time Sales Professional of The Year award winner. For Matt, New Home sales is ‘the best job in the world’, acting as a platform to work closely with real people to make their new home or investment dreams a reality.
As INKA’s New Projects Specialist, Matt joins a dynamic new team focused on environmentally sustainable new builds and unique construction methods backed by one of Australia’s most exclusive new homebuilders. With comprehensive design and construction knowledge and a strong understanding of all aspects of new builds in Perth (from strata developments to two-storey new homes), Matt effortlessly guides clients along the journey to make the experience memorable for all the right reasons.
In his downtime, Matt loves getting out in the fresh salty beach air, BBQing smoked meats in the backyard, or kicking back passionately watching AFL and cricket.
Always learning and growing, Matthew endeavours to understand building science concepts, and literature related to the industry. His goal is to house his family in a passive house.
As Construction Supervisor, Matthew has a significant role in the quality of life an occupant can have in their home. He has a great passion to assist in everyday outcomes relating to health and indoor air quality
Weekends are spent with his daughter at ballet and the park. He also follows and supports his local amateur football club when he can.
Sanja Draca is a highly skilled professional in the building industry, known for her expertise in client communication and project management. Her diverse experience encompasses roles as a Draftsperson, Client Liaison, Contract Administrator, and Prestart Consultant spanning over 15 years. Sanja excels in guiding clients through the final plan stages, redesigning internal cabinetry, selecting colours and materials, and managing electrical design to transform houses into dream homes.
With Diplomas in Building Drafting and Design Technology, and Environmental Art and Design, Sanja stays at the forefront of industry trends and continuously hones her skills. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she cherishes time with her family, enjoys beach outings, exercises regularly, and is an avid reader.
Originally from Queensland, Trent moved to Perth in 2006, got married in 2011, and now has 3 beautiful boys. He is passionate about his work, prides himself on being organised, and has a keen eye for detail.
Drawing upon a strong Carpentry trade foundation, Trent is a person that that genuinely cares about the clients and their needs. He has an extensive amount of experience in the industry to drawing from resources and knowledge from many industry experts for all aspects of residential housing and construction over the past decade. He also has a deeper understanding of current technologies and software than the average construction supervisor and uses these skills to his advantage in his daily duties.
In his free time, Trent enjoys coaching his son’s footy team. He trains himself weekly and play Masters footy on Sundays. Besides that, his family loves camping adventures with friends. He loves exploring coastlines and making memories.
